Spring took a while to arrive in Germany this year, but since last weekend it is finally here. I took this photo yesterday on an evening walk. We don’t have as many cherry trees around here as in Japan, but there are some. 🙂

With all the serious news I feel it’s time to take at least a short break to look at the beautiful cherry blossoms … … and the usual funny side of life here in Japan. This little guy seems really happy to eat all your empty cans.
